This original magazine is well illustrated with humorous sketches as well as serious issues of the day. Stereotypical views of Irish, Jews, Chinese and Black. Indians were treated the same but sympathetically. Beautiful women grace its pages. these were purchased from the original accountants years ago. Inside: Victor Anderson did the cover; 1/2 page on the theatre owners taking over baseball and what they might do with it; Mexico is mad at us for getting so much land in 1848; the suffrage state of Colorado blows up with the mine troubles. 1/2 page Robert Dickey print of a Westie waiting for its 3 skinny dipping ladies; Centerfold is an interesting "Ambition." Full page print of black waiters serving Kentucky colonels; . Lots of ads. Lots of other items.
